  眾所周知,數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī)不止質(zhì)量要過(guò)硬,后期的使用中以及使用后的保養(yǎng)也尤為重要。很多操作手對(duì)保養(yǎng)并不熟悉,日常的一些習(xí)慣也往往存在誤區(qū),長(zhǎng)時(shí)間下來(lái),往往對(duì)設(shè)備造成了損傷,維護(hù)保養(yǎng),除了對(duì)機(jī)械、電氣設(shè)備的檢查、調(diào)整、緊固以外,重要的工作就是潤(rùn)滑。下面介紹一下數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī),封邊機(jī)等機(jī)械設(shè)備潤(rùn)滑保養(yǎng)中的的常見(jiàn)誤區(qū)。

  1、盲目添加要出事

  潤(rùn)滑并不是這么簡(jiǎn)單,它是綜合運(yùn)用流體力學(xué)、固體力學(xué)、材料學(xué)、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、物理化學(xué)等基礎(chǔ)理論,來(lái)研究潤(rùn)滑原理、潤(rùn)滑材料和潤(rùn)滑方式,控制有害摩擦、磨損的一門(mén)科學(xué),加油僅僅是潤(rùn)滑之中的一環(huán)而已。

  一臺(tái)設(shè)備的潤(rùn)滑,其實(shí)從它的設(shè)計(jì)階段就開(kāi)始了,并且貫穿于整個(gè)設(shè)備使用壽命始終。

  2、過(guò)量添加 弊大于利

  事實(shí)并非如此,簡(jiǎn)單地說(shuō),人們把潤(rùn)滑油加到兩個(gè)摩擦表面之間,目的是在兩個(gè)摩擦表面形成薄薄的油膜,避免直接接觸,從而減少磨損。

  但是,考慮到加潤(rùn)滑油的某些副作用,就必須嚴(yán)格控制加油量,例如在減速器中,為了減少齒輪運(yùn)動(dòng)中阻力和油的溫升,浸入油的齒輪深度以1~2個(gè)齒高為宜,轉(zhuǎn)速高的加油量還應(yīng)少些。

  3、隨意加油使不得

  設(shè)備潤(rùn)滑油的選擇,根據(jù)機(jī)器的工作條件、工作環(huán)境、摩擦表面具體特點(diǎn)和潤(rùn)滑方式的不同,選用的潤(rùn)滑油的種類(lèi)、牌號(hào)也不相同。

  轉(zhuǎn)速高、形成油楔作用能力強(qiáng)的設(shè)備,應(yīng)選用粘度低的潤(rùn)滑油;設(shè)備摩擦表面單位面積的負(fù)荷大時(shí),應(yīng)選用粘度大、油性較好的潤(rùn)滑油;

  設(shè)備工作環(huán)境溫度較高時(shí),應(yīng)采用粘度較大、閃點(diǎn)較高、油性較好、穩(wěn)定性較強(qiáng)的潤(rùn)滑油或滴點(diǎn)較高的潤(rùn)滑脂;

  設(shè)備摩擦表面之間的間隙越小,選擇潤(rùn)滑油粘度應(yīng)越低;摩擦表面越粗糙,選擇潤(rùn)滑油粘度應(yīng)越大,若選擇潤(rùn)滑脂工作錐度應(yīng)越小;壓力循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑中,油溫較高,應(yīng)使用粘度較大的潤(rùn)滑油。

  不同型號(hào)的數(shù)控開(kāi)料機(jī)的潤(rùn)滑油是嚴(yán)格根據(jù)上述原則和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果選擇的。一般情況下不能替換使用,如果任意替換使用就會(huì)破壞設(shè)備潤(rùn)滑環(huán)境,使機(jī)器設(shè)備受到磨損,造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。

Refueling is only one part of lubrication.

  The lubrication of an equipment actually begins from its design stage, and runs through the entire service life of the equipment.

  2. Excessive addition does more harm than good

  This is not the case. Simply put, people add lubricating oil between the two friction surfaces. The purpose is to form a thin oil film on the two friction surfaces to avoid direct contact and thereby reduce wear.

  However, taking into account some of the side effects of adding lubricating oil, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of refueling. For example, in a reducer, in order to reduce the resistance of the gear movement and the temperature rise of the oil, the depth of the gear immersed in the oil should be 1 to 2 teeth high, and the amount of refueling at high speeds should be less.

  3. Feel free to refuel

  The choice of equipment lubricating oil depends on the working conditions of the machine, the working environment, the specific characteristics of the friction surface and the different lubrication methods, and the types and grades of lubricating oil selected are also different.

  For equipment with high speed and strong ability to form oil wedges, low-viscosity lubricants should be used; when the load per unit area of the friction surface of the equipment is large, lubricants with high viscosity and good oil properties should be used.;

  When the operating ambient temperature of the equipment is high, lubricating oil with high viscosity, high flash point, good oiliness and strong stability or grease with high drop point should be used.;

  The smaller the gap between the friction surfaces of the equipment, the lower the viscosity of the lubricating oil should be selected; the rougher the friction surface, the greater the viscosity of the lubricating oil should be selected, and the smaller the working taper of the grease should be selected; in pressure circulation lubrication, the higher the oil temperature, the higher the viscosity of the lubricating oil should be used. Lubricating oil.

  The lubricants of different types of CNC cutting machines are selected strictly according to the above principles and experimental results.Under normal circumstances, it cannot be replaced.
